Why I was wrong?

Did you ever thought that why I did that? What would had happened if I done something else? What made me do this?

I talk to myself a lot (a lot) and try to re-look the decisions I took in a day, every decision from getting up from bed to going back to the back. It help me revisit the mindset I was in when I took that decision. So, next time if I was in a same situation I will take a better decision as per my knowledge of self and situation.

One of the best thing is to look through the different perspective, mainly 3rd person's perspective. I imagine myself in front of me with a situation and monitor my body language and not to mention I am already in the mind taking a peek there as well.

Now on the topic, why I was wrong? Everyone I think of a situation with time in my hand I make 70-80% a different decision. It makes me.think that I need to consume much time in thinking during making that decision 1st hand. Either going to do intoxication or making decision to be more productive.

Let us understand with an example, I thought I should edit a picture and upload it on Instagram and leave the app and read newspaper. I edit it right, well in time but I then go to upload a picture , I stuck with watching reels, other people's post and pages story, then after a hour I upload a pic and then wait for the likes and comments. That my increase my productivity on a particular app but that is not what I planned and that's why that not I want!

Mind need to be cool and calm and thats how it will be more productive. But in order to increase the comprehension of my own mind, I have to dig deeper and understand how it functions.

And this was a small part of the mistakes I make in a daily routine. There is a long way to go. To understand how the mind work, need to gather more information, like what influences it to procrastinate.

Writing about it do feel me more relaxed and calm. That yes I do understand my problem and just need to work on it. Atleast I do know the problem. Atleast I know that I was wrong!
